Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges Policy WEF 02/06/2026

Returns and Exchanges are only applicable for products purchased on www.keepapace.com. Products purchased through other online retailers, or stores are not eligible.

To be eligible for a return and exchanges

  • The product purchased at full price without any discount or sale is eligible for Returns and exchanges. We will organise the return of the product.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange, subject to size availability. Kindly send the product back for exchange at your own cost to initiate the exchange process.
  • Our Refund or Exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date of your purchase.
  • Your item must be unused and in new condition as you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging along with unbroken price tags.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase that is an Invoice with the Order Number

Process

  1. Please login to the website using your login ID created while ordering.
  2. Please visit the the order history page.
  3. You will your order on which you can click and request for a exchange/return.
  4. Please enter the reason and request for the exchange/return.
  5. If your product satisfies the above eligibility criteria, then We will book the return shipment at our cost. It is free to the customer.
  6. If there is a return the second time for the same order, it will be charged to the customer at INR150/-
  7. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it. If we find it satisfactory (undamaged and unused), we will process the exchange/refund.
  8. Please enclose a small note with the following instructions within the return shipment. This will aid in a faster turnaround.
    1. Order Number (#### - OL)
    2. Instructions on Return or Product exchange (Please mention the new Size required)
  9. In case the returned product does not pass the quality assurance, it will be returned AS IS back to the customer.
  10. Refunds will be processed at the purchase price of the product. The amount shall be automatically credited to the original method of payment. Typically, it takes 4-5 days for the funds to reflect in your accounts.
  11. In case of size exchange request, the new product (New size ) shall be sent out to the customer the same day quality assurance clears the returned product.

Return Shipping

We will book the return shipment at our cost. It is free to the customer. If there is a return the second time, it will be charged to the customer at INR150/-

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your card/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
